Sen. Shehu Sani, a former Nigerian lawmaker and social critic, has announced that anti-corruption agents have reportedly raided many parts of Kaduna State in an attempt to stall vote-buying.
The anti-graft agencies compromised the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

Sen. Sani, in his tweet, described the raids as ‘successful’, adding that it was carried out on the eve of the Presidential and National Assembly election.
He tweeted: “The anti-corruption agencies have successfully made some raids in Kaduna yesternight in order to stop vote buying.”
