Eagles return: Rohr gives Victor Moses fresh conditions

Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr, has declared that Victor Moses, who surprisingly bowed of the team after the Russia 2018 World Cup must meet certain conditions if he wants to stage a comeback.

Rohr who spoke through Eagles image maker, Toyin Ibitoye stated that Moses must get his sharpness back by playing regularly for his club as well as being ready to give 100 percent commitment at all times to the national team.

Rohr was quoted as saying…”Victor Moses is a very good player for Nigeria. I believe it was too early for such a good player to stop international football when he did but we have to respect his decisions. If he changes his mind, we will welcome him but he has to find that motivation within himself to come back and be ready to give his 100 percent at all time as we know he can. Then of course, it is important that he gets back to playing regularly at his club and get his sharpness back.”

It would be noted that Moses has since after the Russia 2018 mundial become a forgotten man at Stamford Bridge.

The 28-year-old versatile winger has only started one game all season and he hasn’t featured at all since October.

Less than two years after playing a pivotal part in Chelsea’s Premier League title triumph under Antonio Conte, Moses has been deemed surplus to requirements by Maurizio Sarri. Everything points to him leaving Chelsea during this January’s transfer window.
