Nigeria, on Tuesday, continued to reel under the weight of the COVID-19 pandemic, recording a new highest daily figure of 663 new cases and four deaths.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC), the latest additions brought to 13, 464 the total number of victims of the virus in the country.

NCDC said in a tweet, on Tuesday night, that the new cases were reported in 26 states, including Lagos, Ogun, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Edo, Rivers, Federal Capital Territory, Jigawa, Delta, Anambra, Gombe, Kano, Imo, Abia, Borno, Oyo, Plateau, Kebbi, Kaduna, Ondo, Niger, Katsina, Osun, Ekiti, Kwara and Nasarawa.
Also, the nation recorded four COVID-19 -related deaths on Tuesday bringing the total tally of confirmed deaths from the virus to 365.
