A Rivers State High Court has restrained Chief Victor Giadom from parading himself as a member of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The court’s ruling was delivered on Friday.
The judge held that Giadom has seized to be a member of the NWC having willingly resigned from his position to contest for the position of Deputy Governor in the Rivers APC Gubernatorial primaries in 2019.
