Celebrated crime reporter Chioma Okezie-Oke will unveil her new book, ‘Interrogating the Criminal Mind: Means, Motives and Mistakes’ on August 2, 2024, at a meet-and-greet event.
The public unveiling is scheduled to be held from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Police Officers Mess, No 42 Sobo Arobiodu Street, GRA Ikeja, Lagos.
Okezie-Oke, who has spent almost two decades covering the crime beat for the Sun newspapers, opened a new chapter in her career with the publishing of her first book.
The book is a collection of 10 carefully selected crime stories that give insights into police methodology for crime solving by specialised police units such as SARS, STS, and IRT. The stories also offer a close examination of the warped psychology of criminals.
The event is expected to draw participants and guests from the security community, and the general public as well as from the media circuit.
