President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China has congratulated President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his victory at the February 25 Presidential election.
National Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Iyiola Omisore, disclosed this, on Monday, in Abuja.
Omisore who took a swipe at the presidential candidate of the PDP and the party, said their action and protest to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was nothing but an act of desperation.
The APC Secretary commended the Chinese Government for believing in Nigeria as well as the electoral agency and process.
