The Supreme Court has affirmed Governor, Duoye Diri of the Peoples Democratic Party as the duly elected governor of Bayelsa State.
The five-member panel of the apex court on Friday in a unanimous decision dismissed the appeal of the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Timipre Sylva, challenging the November 11, 2023 election.
