An Arabic teacher, Ismaila Saheed, 38, and one Toliha Sabith, 20, have been arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command for defiling a 15-year-old girl (name withheld).

The arrest of the suspects followed a report by the survivor at the Redeemed Camp Police Station, alleging that Toliha Sabith forcefully had carnal knowledge of her on  August 25, 2020, at Imedu-Nla area of Mowe, Ogun State.

It was gathered that the survivor had reported Sabith’s action to her Arabic teacher, who told her that she might have taken in as a result of the incident and offered to help her terminate the supposed pregnancy.

Saheed also allegedly took advantage of the young girl and had carnal knowledge of her, after which he reportedly inserted a sharp object into her private part causing her serious vaginal injury.
