Hell was, on Wednesday, let loose in Nembe community of Bayelsa State, just three days to the much-awaited gubernatorial election in the state.
As at time of filing this report, several people had been killed while hundreds of supporters were thrown into panic as some hid in nearby cemetery and places of worships.
The Nigerian Xpress gathered that among killed was a OB Van driver of Bayelsa Radio, identified as Simon Onu.

It was gathered that suspected party thugs had invaded the venue of a planned campaign rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nembe where they reportedly dispersed PDP supporters, blocked exit and entry roads in and out of the town.
The PDP was billed to round off its campaign there today (Wednesday), but the thugs blocked all roads leading to the venue of the campaign rally.
Nembe is the base of a former governor of the state, Timipre Sylva.
