Legal icon and Founder of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), Chief Afe Babalola has praised the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for its impressive performance and service delivery, particularly in the areas of admissions and its unwavering commitment to combating examination malpractice.
Chief Babalola made these comments during the 12th Convocation ceremony of ABUAD, held recently. He noted that under the leadership of Professor Is-haq Oloyede, JAMB had restored hope in its admission processes.
The elder statesman further suggested that Prof. Oloyede should receive additional commendation for his remarkable achievements over the past eight years in leading the Board. He emphasized the need for a systemic culture that instilled absolute confidence across all sectors of the nation’s socioeconomic landscape.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Olajumoke Adeleke, the Ibadan Zonal Director and representative of the Registrar, reaffirmed JAMB’s commitment to supporting the nation’s educational development.
She congratulated the graduating students on their successful completion of studies and encouraged them to utilize the knowledge gained to make a positive impact on the country.
