The Gombe State Coordinator for Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, Johnson Adebiyi has called on staff of the state office to adhere strictly to the policy guidelines and procedures issued by the board ahead of the 2025/2026 UTME/DE registration.
According to Adebiyi, the guidelines are mandatory as it will ensure a seamless 2025/2026 UTME/DE registration exercise.
He noted that the board has invested in technology to combat security breaches and other unwholesome acts during the registration and charged them to uphold the integrity of the board.
Adebiyi further urged them to be circumspect in their dealings with candidates, be vigilant and cautious by avoiding any action that could undermine the registration process such as uploading of wrong and fraudulent certificates during the exercise, extortion, wrong biometric data capturing, conniving with candidates adding such actions are capable of not only undermining the integrity of the UTME.
