The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the list of the presidential candidates for the 2023 general elections.
On the list are Mr. Peter Gregory Obi of the Labour Party (LP), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and 15 others.

According to the circular released by the electoral umpire, Obi submitted FSLC, WASC/GCE, degree and is 61 years old. His running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, has FSLC, GCE and PhD; is 53-years-old.
Tinubu’s age was put at 70 years and holds a BSC degree in Business Administration. Tinubu’s 55-year-old running mate, Shettima Kashim, presented primary school certificate, GCE and B.Sc Agriculture.
Atiku, the PDP candidate, is 75 years old and has GCE and a Masters degree while his running mate, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa is 63 years and parades an MBBS.
