It read: “Many have said I have died; others claim I have withdrawn from the presidential campaign.
“Well… Nope.
“This is the reality: I am strong, I am healthy and I am READY to serve Nigerians from Day One.”
Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, has described the reports concerning Tinubu’s withdrawal as false and misleading, linking it to the supporters of the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi.
The council’s spokesman, Mr. Festus Keyamo, said in a statement the purported withdrawal was nothing but a figment of their warped imaginations.
He insisted that Tinubu was strong, healthy and fit enough for the coming campaigns.
“We also wish to use this medium to debunk the false and misleading posts on various social media handles of supporters of Mr. Peter Obi that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is withdrawing from the race on health grounds,” Keyamo said.
