Yahaya Bello, the former Kogi State Governor, on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to an alleged N110 billion fraud levelled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The former governor was arraigned on 16-count charge before Justice Maryanne Anenih of the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja after he was arrested on Tuesday.
He was declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in April 2024.
