Gov. Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has approved the appointment of Mr Kamil Akinlabi, a former member of the House of Representatives, as the Chairman of the Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYSROMA).
This was contained in a statement issued on Friday by Mr Taiwo Adisa, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.

Akinlabi, who served as member of the House of Representatives between 2007 and 2015, was until his appointment a member of the Oyo State Advisory Council.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
The statement said the appointment was with immediate effect. (NAN)
