Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a further slash in the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), popularly called petrol.
The Refinery has reduced its petrol price from N865 to N835, making 3 5%.

The price follows recent global decline in the price of crude, leading to a drop to $64 per barrel from over $70 per barrel in recent weeks.
The Dangote Refinery, which has a capacity of 650,000 barrels per day, had earlier reduced its gantry price by N15, from N880 to N865 per litre but the oil marketers failed to pass on the savings to consumers.
