President Bola Tinubu on Thursday appointed Daniel Bwala, the presidential campaign spokesman to the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, during the 2023 election as the Special Adviser, Media and Public Communications, State House.
Bwala, a lawyer is a notable public affairs analyst.
Likewise, according to the announcement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, three other Nigerians were also appointed as directors-general of various agencies.
They include a former Commissioner of Youth and Sports in Ogun State and the chairman of the Local Organising Committee of the 2024 National Sports Festival, Mr Olawale Olopade, who was appointed as the Director-General of the National Sports Commission, NSC.
Dr Abisoye Fagade, a marketing communication professional and founder and Managing Director of Sodium Brand Solutions, is the new Director-General, National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism.
Also, Dr. Adebowale Adedokun, is the Director-General, Bureau of Public Procurement.
He was the Director of Research, Training and Strategic Planning at the bureau before his appointment.
President Tinubu charged the newly appointed persons to discharge their responsibility with dedication, patriotism, and excellence.
